Henley the Hippo is one of our most huggable buddies yet. You’ll often find Henley hanging out in water to stay cool from the heat while also enjoying time with his friends and families. Hippopotamuses are currently listed as an endangered species by the African Wildlife Foundation. This is due in part to hunting and human population expansion that is pushing hippos our of their natural habitats. Each keepsake heartbeat bear comes pre-stuffed with a recording device. Baby’s heartbeat can easily be recorded on to the unique lockable module. When you are happy with the recording, simply place the module into your bear and seal with our one-way closure. Batteries are replaceable, full instructions are can be found on the FAQs pages.
