Shipping Information
The Bear Factory is proud to offer DPD as our transit provider for the majority of our orders. The website will calculate the shipping charge based on order weight and shipping destination. Highlands, Islands and International orders are weight and volume based, again the website will calculate according to your order.
If you’d like to request a quote for your order, please place items into your basket and head to checkout, please ensure the delivery address is added for accurate calculation. Alternatively, please email a TBF Team Member will assist with your enquiry. hello@thebearfactory.uk
International Shipments can incur duty and local tax charges, these will be collected separately by the carrier before the order can be delivered.
